About Troop 786

As a Scout in Troop 786, you can expect an exciting program of activities with a focus on advancement, community service, and living the Scout law. Our activities will challenge you in all areas of your life, both mentally and physically. It is hoped that you will take advantage of as many of these opportunities as possible.

Our troop meets every Monday at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall at The Montverde United Methodist Church.   Scouts are expected to  Be Prepared  and arrive at the meeting no later than 6:15PM, to assist with meeting preparations. Most meetings are concluded by 8:00 PM, depending on the length of the Scoutmaster Minute.

In the event that a holiday or school break occurs on a Monday, the meeting will be cancelled. An abbreviated schedule is used during the summer to accommodate family vacation plans.

Visitors and potential scouts (and their parents) are always welcome. Webelos or other groups should contact the Scoutmaster to ensure that we can accommodate your visit, and that the purpose of the meeting will be of interest to your group. Individual visitors should also contact the Scoutmaster to verify that a meeting is scheduled for that evening.
